Upstream R&D fermentation process development

Requirements: Work as a technical leader and/or partner in cross-functional teams to deliver business needed results. Conduct and manage assigned projects independently including up front knowledge seeking, developing and executing technical plans, collecting and analyzing data, communicating project status and results internally and externally, generating reports and making presentations. Transfer bench top development to pilot scale production and to retail/wholesale manufacturing. Act as subject matter expert to customers in launching new products, giving trainings on new technologies, and helping trouble shoot problems and offer technical solutions.
