ChatResponsibilities 1. Roles & responsibilities are as a QC-officer in chemical analysis section during shift. 2. Sampling of Raw material,Intermediate and Finished Products. 3. Wet/ chemical analysis of In-process & intermediate samples received during shift. Also chemical analysis of Raw materials, Packaging materials, stability product and Finished Products after successful completion of training. 4. Instrumental analysis by using pH Meter, LOD Oven, Vaccum oven, Karl Fisher Titrator, Melting Point Apparatus, Potentiometer, TLC Documentation system , UV-Spectrophotometer ,FTIR ,Polarimeter and other Non-CDS instruments after satisfactory completion of training. 5. Perform the analysis by making necessary log book entries and follow GLP practices in the lab. 6. Maintain the applicable log books of sampling while performing sampling. 7. Documentation as per GDP (Good Documentation Practices). 8. Follow Good Laboratory Practices in Quality Control Department. 9. To receive on the job training and other specific training, as per requirements. 10. Report any Incidence, OOS/ OOT, Deviations timely and provide complete details (what exactly happened) for further investigation. 11. Perform analysis & Calibration of instrument Analytical balance, pH Meter, Karl Fisher Titrator, Melting Point Apparatus, Polarimeter, Potentiometer, UV-Spectrophotometer, FTIR as and when required. 12. Maintain & review Temperature/Humidity record. 13. Maintain Temperature and Humidity records.
