The Internet now has a new faster, better, safer engine! #CiscoSiliconOne#SiOpsAs the Product Lifecycle Program Manager (PLPM), you'll collaborate with engineering, fulfillment operations, product operations, supply chain finance, and other supply chain partners to project manage cost, quality, and supply chain resiliency projects in various stages of the product lifecycle (pre-production through end of life) in support of Silicon One's portfolio.Managing projects to achieve supplier and supply chain network resiliency / risk managementDriving cost, quality, and delivery targets for products from pre-production through high volume manufacturingInspiring change management for products in productionSupervising and driving sustaining issues to influence supply chain readiness and ramp for new productsResponsible for running, monitoring, and reporting on product lifecycle metricsWho You AreYou're an analytical problem solver, highly collaborative, and have a successful track record of engaging with cross functional teams across multiple geographic theaters and can thrive in a highly dynamic cross functional team.Minimum Requirements For This Role10 + years of experience and success in handling projects driving solutions throughout the product's lifecycle.You possess a BS/MS degree in engineering and/or equivalent advanced degrees such as an MBA.You bring deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, ideally in the semiconductor industry or equivalent domain.Deep knowledge and direct experience with handling products through their lifecycle, from new product introduction, product launch, and through end of life.Ideally, you also possess knowledge and experience with supply and demand planning, logistics process, and planning systems.You also possess skills and have experience with program management tools (i.e. Visio), preparing presentations (i.e. PowerPoint), and you have a knowledge of collaboration tools such as Cisco WebEx and MS Office suite of apps (i.e. OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint), or equivalent.And you have a passion for working with data, performing data analysis, and have proven experience with sophisticated Excel features, and other data gathering (i.e. Smartsheet) and analytics tools (i.e. Tableau, MS Power Apps).Why Cisco#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an inclusive future for all.We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses.
