ChatFull Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and analysis by driving/contributing to the requirements workshops Facilitate/contribute to client demo sessions/workshops Performs extensive testing of the application/custom code to identify/fix all issues during the testing phase Authoring and execution of validation documents like Test scenarios, Operational and Performance Qualification scripts Follow the cross-phase procedures and plans like Defect Management Plan, Change Control Procedure, Document Management Plan and Training Plan Closely work with clients and vendors to support project implementation in multiple time zones International travel readiness, work hours that overlap global client location and Time-zones Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work on multiple business areas with changing priorities Skills Required: Well versed with various SDLC models, Software Test life cycle and Defect Management Life Cycle Working knowledge of writing SQL queries and/or PL/SQL code Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Hands on experience on any Adverse Event Reporting solutions like Argus Safety, ArisG, Oracle AERS, Clintrace and related modules will be a plus IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
