Also train the customer’s system admin on uploading and configuring the system in future. • Assist the Account Manager/Project Manager/Senior Implementation Consultant in coordinating with technical team, as well as coordinate if required, regarding the status of new developments/technical issues faced by clients, and ensure the client is well informed regarding any changes in delivery schedule. • Create relevant test cases and perform end user testing post a new development or bug fix to ensure client requirements are being fulfilled. • Troubleshoot existing functionality in case of client reported bugs/issues, provide explanation to the client or assign to the technical team if required, and suggest an alternate solution in the meanwhile, if possible. • Support the going live process at client’s end, i.e. when customer starts using the product commercially, by assisting the client end users wherever required, answering their queries, and solving any problems. • Undertake BI reporting using SSRS to create reports required by clients.
