About the team: This team manages the Paytm Cashback Points business. We are responsible for driving the growth of cashback Points & build them into the largest loyalty program in India. About the role: This role includes Merchandising on the App for Paytm Cashback Points. The person will be responsible for working alongside the design team and growth manager to create appropriate merchandising for the cashback points catalog. The person will also be responsible for managing the performance of various merchandising elements like banners, icons, etc. on the Paytm App. Expectations/ Requirements :1. Track the overall funnel of the category on the Paytm App 2. Take proactive steps to improve the throughput of the storefront page 3. Work with stakeholders across teams - Design and Analytics teams to improve the performance of the storefront. 4. Merchandising of category storefront. 5. Managing online promotion campaigns for Merchandising on marketing channels(Paytm Homepage Properties, CRM, SEO, Affiliate, etc.) 6. End-to-end ownership of complete merchandising on the app and website for the vertical. 7. Coordinating with the Creative team and Promotion operations to drive online campaigns. 8. Monitoring the effectiveness of all promotional properties. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :1. Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience in either fintech/e-commerce or digital tech-forward company. 2. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative 3. Good communication skills and experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Business teams 4. Experience in domains of user acquisition, customer retention and managing customer lifecycle. 5. Good with analyzing data. 6. Should be highly data-driven, have strong analytical skills, and great attention to detail 7. Should have an iterative approach - build hypothesis, experiment, collect data and improvise 8.
