Marketing Automation Specialist

THE POSITION: As a valued member of the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, this role will partner with marketing managers and marketing directors to execute on the marketing digital strategies and other campaigns with the goal to create awareness, generate interest and demand and overall promote our products and services in the industry. The Marketing Automation/Operations Specialist will be using marketing technology to build one-to-many and one-to-one relationships across all our communication channels and build campaigns that promote the EVERANA brand, nurture prospects and generate leads to support business development. It will lead program and campaigns and will be responsible to plan, develop and successfully implement complex and multi-faceted programs that may include email, digital ads, landing pages, and social. Critical RESPONSIBILITIES: Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative multi-channel marketing campaigns Track, analyze and report results across. multiple channels Through optimization generate the desired outcomes awareness, interest, and demand generation for our services/products Manage the digital channels, including but not limited to website, landing pages, marketing automation, social Collaborate with several stakeholders within the Marketing and Communications team to successfully execute projects and campaigns Essential duties and Responsibilites: Project manage implementation of marketing campaigns utilizing multiple marketing channels and touchpoints Manage the day-to-day activities of Marketing Automation Determine measurement requirements and build reports needed to provide results and metrics related to digital marketing campaigns Oversee list hygiene, growth and segmentation using target client profiles.
