Researches problems using available information resources Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention Tracks and routes problems and requests, and documents resolutions Perform hands on fixes at the desk top level including installing, upgrading and troubleshooting end user hardware and software Stays current with system information, changes, and updates Rotating On Call Schedule Required Qualifications MIS Degree 3-5 years in a Desktop Support Role Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Excellent Driving Record Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize in a high volume environment with competing demands Networking Experience, Desktop Preferred Qualifications Industry related degree is preferred
