Requirements: Lean Manufacturing/Operations Supports the production team utilizing lean principles and tools Standardize work instructions & Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Err& Mistake Proofing SMED Setup Reduction Monthly quality metrics and reports Accounting Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries. Support on various audits fboth operational and financial audits, such as ESOP and workers compensation. Assist Staff Accountant with passthrough reconciliation. Assists with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary. Reviews all invoices fback-up documentation and approvals prito posting in Amtech and payment. Assists in month end closing. Maintains files and documents thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
