Brief Position Description: The HR Analytics & Reporting Specialist is primarily responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing the data related to Human Resources. This includes attributes like employee turnover, headcount data, gender equality metrics, remuneration, employee engagement, performance and retention to ensure better decision making in all these areas. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: .TertiaryqualificationsinHumanResourcesManagementorarelatedrelevantdiscipline. .Previous experience as a HR Analyst. .Excellent working knowledge of Excel, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently. .Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. .Great communication skills who enjoys collaborating and working as part of a team. .Abilitytomanageheavyworkloadstomeetdeadlinesanddeliverconsistentlyhighstandardsofworkbyplanningandprioritisingeffectively.
