The principal function of the role is to provide a seamless front of house service to our in-house client base. Excellent interpersonal skills Be an effective multi-tasker Be highly organized Reception experience is an asset Team player Greet clients and staff Ensure that the visitor book is always completed Answer telephone Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy Maintain equipment booking log Liaise with Security personnel and monitor security equipment / access badges Order and maintain stock regarding general office / kitchen supplies and validate orders placed by colleagues OFFICE ADMIN: Ensure contractors sign in / out Log and distribute deliveries Report any accidents or incidents. Raise purchase orders and validate invoices Maintain utilization reports Ensure printing supplies are stocked Check the Cherwell ticketing system Assist with employee transport bookings High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
