Being part of all the meeting and preparing Minutes of Meeting and sharing with the listed participants. Creating Action Plan basis those meetings. Following up, tracking and updating the progress on the action plan. Working on the Data and Presentation based on requirement. Attending few meetings on behalf of president and updating about the same. Creating communications post coordinating with relevant functions on the behalf of President.
