Job Description : - Responsible for overall training activity as a training coordinator To impart training and co-ordination for on the job training program with departmental training coordinators. To upload schedule in “TRIMS” software and ensure completion of monthly schedule trainings of all departments. To review QMR data related to training and ensure integrity of all data generated either manually or electronically To prepare training manual and its review. To review of documents i.e organogram, competency profile etc. To prepare MIS and cumulative data of trainer and session. To check the compliance and action plan based on the audit by external agencies. To prepare and review the SOP and confirm its periodic updating in “QMS” software. To initiate, review, and monitoring of QMS documents, Change control, Deviation, CAPA, Incident and Root cause analysis
