The skillsets being sought are a combination of big data (Data Architecture) and enterprise architecture with a very strong preference to understand SalesForce as much of the work in our space involves that technology. In both spaces, the skillsets are driving senior level, experienced architects that can look at the data flows between multi-product solutions, and the integrations and interoperability between multiple products in the suites. This senior level and experience needed is driving the grade requirements to be Director and Senior Director.
