Delivery amp; operations management: Drive the teams to ensure that the deliverables are met. Periodic meetings with the stakeholders on the updates of study parameters and deliverables as required KRA setting for the team. Tracking amp; forecasting of revenue amp; operating margins. Project invoicing Support presentations for customer governance calls.
