There may be opportunity for project extension depending on need, or to transfer to a different project at the end of this project.This project will have a hybrid work schedule. Some work will be onsite at the Dell Medical School, while other items can be completed at home. PurposeWorking with the Associate Chair for Clinical Integration and Operations and the rest of the team of the Center for Behavioral Health Collaborative Care, the incumbent will develop a Collaborative Care Model technical assistance (TA) center at Dell Medical School that provides knowledge transfer and implementation assistance (reimbursement policy, clinic operations and processes, strategic planning) for primary care and mental health providers and administrators across the state.ResponsibilitiesManage project-related data submission, collection, and cleaning. Maintain strong, positive relationships with project partners to support collaborative work and data collection for projects. Complete necessary reporting requirements and ensure achievement of performance measures for funders and stakeholders. Organize team meetings, and other special events as assigned. Take meetings minutes. Keep program management tracking up to date. Support leadership to monitor project milestones and progress to meet goals.Support the development of reports or data visualization for site feedback and project reporting. Support the development of the publication and presentations to advance the research field.Other related functions as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with major coursework in Psychology, Social Work, or related field and 5 years of related experience. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Attention to detail. Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of other professionals. Possess excellent interpersonal skills written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, follow-up/follow-through, and time management skills. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with community-based participatory research. Clinical or research experience in the field of mental health or family medicine. Have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds (people experiencing homelessness or violence, formerly incarcerated, people with disabilities, physical, and mental illnesses). Experience with projects involving human subject research. Experience coordinating participatory research projects.
