Full Job DescriptionJob Overview Responsible for driving to ensure product development is completed on schedule, within budget and with prestigious quality ensuring development is completed on schedule and budget Essential Functions Supervision and Coordination of Offshore Development Resources (60%)Review requirements and provide feedback to Project Managers and coordinate understanding to the vendorsProvide code reviews to contribute to continuous improvementEscalate time, cost or quality implications to project manager and development managerLead technical knowledge transfer where necessaryAnalyze existing solutions to provide recommendations on improvementsCollaborate with team members to develop and maintain suitable coding standardsAttend personal training for at least one week per half year to improve skillsContribute to project effort estimations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field ReqMaster's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field Pref5-7 years+ experience in software development5+ years of experience in ASP.NET, SQL, JQuery, CSS and JavaScriptAt least 2+ years in REST API and WCF ServicesAt least 2+ year experience with MVC.Good understanding of VSTS/TFS/JIRA & Confluence. • IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
