Full Job DescriptionJob Overview Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision. Problems faced are routine. Essential Functions Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelinesWork with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsBuild, document and maintain new and existing customer-centric business critical solutionsDevelop and implement solution validation plansEnsure quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plansBuild training materials for the implemented solutionsTrain customers on the implemented solutionsParticipate in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagementsContribute towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge baseCollaborate with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionalityProvide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrationsWorking knowledge of support processes and working in production environment Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExperience working with external customers to gather technical requirements Pref Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies ReqKnowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain PrefPowerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction IntermediateStrong customer facing and presentation skills IntermediateProcess documentation skills IntermediateValidation documentation and execution skills Intermediate Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills Intermediate IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
