Legal Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · This role requires to spend maximum time on commercial/ customer contracts. · Drafting and vetting of all customer contracts such as NDAs, LOIs, SOW; review of RFP, MSA and other definitive contracts etc. pertaining to Atos Syntel Customers and for all Business Units of Atos Syntel. Negotiating on various T&Cs with internal stake holders and with customers’ Legal Team. · Drafting and vetting of joint development agreements, product partner agreements and other similar alliances and partnership agreements. · Negotiations and closing all such contracts (pursuant to the bullet- points above). · Supporting Junior members during review process; mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality standards and TAT is maintained. · Monitor compliance by Atos Syntel (where Syntel is the vendor) of all contractual conditions by Atos Syntel and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure that compliance is done.
