Full Job DescriptionJob Overview Will be responsible for the successful delivery of SFDC/OCE projects.Collaborating with Project Stakeholders for requirement understanding.Designing Technical solutions and workarounds for business requirements.Should mentor Juniors and handle training of new joiners. Essential Functions For assigned tasks, should formulate a proposed approach, plan - schedule and estimates effort to meet business objectives.Closely monitors progress against plan and ensures actions are taken to deliver according to agreed schedule.Allocates project tasks to make the best use of team members.Drives team to follow SFDC best practices.Plans, controls and monitors development work while motivating a team.Assesses project risks and specifies contingencies.Ensures IQVIA quality processes are followed.Performs Code Review and takes ownership of the overall design/quality of project .Should think on his feet and provide workarounds wherever needed.Willing to learn new technologies. Qualifications Must have BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech degreeSenior Software engineer having 5 to 7 years of experience.At-least 4 years of SFDC development experience.Good SFDC basics and customization experience.Overall should have good communication skills, both oral and written.Health-care and Life-Science domain knowledge would be very helpful.Should have experience working with stakeholders and leading small projects.
