Job description Expert R programming skills - experienced in working on packages tidyverse, dplyr, ggplot2, purrr, tidy, data.table etc. R Package development (including testing and documentation). Expert R shiny skills - experienced in creating enterprise shiny applications and interactive R-Markdowns and good understanding of reactivity. Experience of using GitHub for code development and storage. Knowledge and experience of Web application development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), UX designing, Software testing. Knowledge and experience of Software Development life cycle Knowledge and experience of developing, validating and maintaining R packages. Backend and Frontend testing (eg, testthat package, Selenium/Shiny etc) Performance Testing Debugging UI using console Experience in deployments using Azure DevOps Good to have Good understanding of Clinical Domains, creating tables, listing and figures. Knowledge to CDISC Standards. Knowledge on CICD pipelines and setting up Docker images. Object-oriented programming skills S3 and s4 class. Have created custom R-functions, packages or shiny application to streamline and automate the task. Ability and interest to quickly learn and eventually master new technology. Good communications skill and who proactively identify problems with requirements and communicates/collaborates with stakeholders. What you will Learn Experience in building advanced Shiny apps, code modularization especially for larger audience based. Understanding of limitations of R and Shiny and proposing ideas on how to overcome them. Extending shiny applications with advanced functionality using CSS, JavaScript to meet users requirements.
