L2 Support

Piramal Swasthya is looking for L2 Support for all the L2 tickets and coordinate with IT vendor to resolve the application issues and maintain the SLA. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent./ or health background like BSW MSW social sector work experience. Experience: 2-4 years (Health Background ) ● Skills: Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field ● Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking ● Proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and resolving them ● Ability to keep up with innovation in application support role ● Understanding of change and release management ● Eye to detail and good communication skill ● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Responsibilities: · Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure · Handling all issue from L1 Team
