Reviewing and processing of incoming Global Mobility and Relocation provider invoices and liaison with Finance re payment/tracking of payment. Coordinate global Monthly data collection process for global tax filings (compensation, benefit & relocation data). Review data reports from our relocation provider to ensure accuracy and monthly tax return data ready for approval by the Global Mobility Manager Prepare and report data to payroll for local tax and social security as required by the country regulations Ensure compliance in India for relocation receipt data with our relocation and finance provider. Maintain and manage the global tax authorization employee list. Organise annual tax payments for assignees under tax equalization. Review and collect tax equalization payments as applicable from the assignees on a global basis. Ensure workday records are updated correctly. Monitor and review the APAC leaver reports Monitor assignment expiry dates Prepare assessment information and initiate assessments with counsel as required. Ensure immigration trackers are complete. Manage approval process for upcoming visa expiries and liaise with external counsel to initiate extensions. Prepare visa applications and extensions, preparation of Company data, auditing our files and ensuring compliance for the APAC region. Maintain the Global Mobility mailboxes and answer basic queries. Ensure signed letters are received from individuals and filed accordingly Monitor the domestic relocation population, review repayment claims for leavers and files with our relocation vendor Support on global assignment projects Run comparison reports to identify terms from who are on a visa and notify the vendor, and or the authorities as applicable. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Assist with set up of training / inform sessions by our vendors or team to the business units.
