Clinical Trial Lead

Job Description The main objective of this role is to efficiently lead Project Team activities and actively participate in the planning and implementation of consistent Clinical Trial processes. You will: Coordinate and supervise Project Teams in APAC Monitor, collect and report project timelines, milestones, enrollment and general status for updates Direct communication with Global Project Managers and Sponsors Contribute with development and update of project planning documents, essential study documents and manuals or instructions Supervise the preparation, conduct and adequate reporting of site visits Conduct and arrange relevant trainings, e.g. therapeutic area, projectspecific monitors' training, ensure compliance with projectspecific training matrix Oversee activities from site selection and startup until study closure Oversee and support investigatorsite contract and budget negotiation Qualifications University or College degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Recent experience performing Senior Clinical Research Associate duties, including team coordination Communication skills with proficiency in English Full computer and MS Office proficiency Leadership and Organization Skills Accountable Teamwork and Resultsoriented Additional Information
