Sales ACHIEVEMENT - In order to achieve the business objectives of the whole region. • Plan for business achievement through: • Ensuring budget achievement: • Therapy wise • Product wise • Brand wise • Understanding customer needs and effective execution of processes (RCPA, Doctor Call, Doctor Coverage, CRM, Strategy Implementation etc) • New Product Sales Achievement • Provides market data / intelligence to PMT (Pre-Launch) • Identify and Prepares the Customer List for Launch Product based on RCPA • Trains the team on Marketing communication • Ensures follow up and provides feedback to PMT on Post launch of Products • Ensures achievement of budget of his team • Field Activities - In order to ensure right frequency of interaction with customers and implement business strategies continuously. • Call Coverage (CC) • Self-Call Coverage • Core call coverage • CRM/ CME Activities • ROI on CRM investment
