Mandatory Skills: • Responsible for component development. Knowledge in automating business workflows using Appian. • Translate and build the functional requirement into Appian business flows • Involved in getting the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes • Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system. • Work with business analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications. • Perform Development Activities – Developing and Executing various Applications. • Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code. • Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance. • Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities. • Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly
