This role serves as the main point of contact fthe submission of customer requests, vendrequests, financial structures and customer and vendupdates within Matthews International globally. ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT Working with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Teams, Customer Service Organizations, and others to identify master data related improvement opportunities Participating as a key resource in documenting decisions, processes and data quality rules Working to ensure data is supporting defined business processes, requirements and governance standards within the Matthews International organization globally An opportunity that supports all SAP integrations, upgrades; rigorously tests master data as required DO YOU ENJOY COLLABORATING WITH Leadership SAP Operations Finance and Accounting DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH Supporting vendors and internal customers with master set up and maintenance Demonstrating an understanding of how data maintenance impacts business operations Assisting with maintenance in the SAP system as needed Analyzing data quality issues and preparing remediation actions Troubleshooting problems related to incorrect values in SAP Master Data. Identifying the source of the problem, working with appropriate teams to resolve the issues in a timely manner to minimize anegative impact to responsiveness to internal external customers QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in a related field 1+ years of previous data management experience; equivalent combination of education and experience Familiar with SAP data maintenance and table structures Understands overall impacts of data changes and experience level to make the appropriate decisions Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts Ability to Developerp and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Ability to work with and influence peers and management Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting Ability to work overtime as necessary PHYSICAL ASPECTS WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.
